To help accelerate your learning, each session is only 5 minutes long and comes in 3 formats – you can watch it in a streaming video, listen to it in an online audio recording or you can read the PDF work booklet. It is entirely up to you. |

Every 7 days you receive a new bite-sized session via email which contains a link to a webpage where you can access the session details. Plus you get access to the Resilience Resource Vault which contains bonus articles, e-books and websites references. Week 2: Let Tension Out

Description: In today's business world you are working longer hours, meeting tighter deadlines, and dealing with more tasks at one time than ever before. So how can you expand your working capacity to meet your work demands - without burning yourself out? Your resilience to pressure is directly related to your ability to release physical tension as it starts to gather in your body.
In this session, you will learn how to... a. Identify your body's tension zones and release them b. Resolve physical tensions such as a tight neck, stiff shoulders, and a sore back c. Generate more energy and calm emotion tension |

Week 3: Know Your Pressure Type

Description: Learn how to deal with difficult people without becoming drained by understanding everyone's 'Pressure Type' and knowing how to make them work together
In this session, you will learn how to... a. Recognise the 4 Pressure Types in other people (and yourself) b. Communicate more effectively with other Pressure Types c. Handle heated conversations or emotionally charged complaints is a calm manner |

Week 4: The Power of Stillness

Description: Being busy all day creates a high level of adrenalin in your bloodstream which can lead to poor focus, inconsistent energy levels, mood swings, and exhaustion. Creating stillness in your mind and body gives you control over your energy expenditure, reduces emotional tension, and increases your stress recovery rate. Stillness is not a place to go or a pill to take, rather it is a state of mind that you create that gives you control over how effective you are under pressure.
In this session, you will learn how to... a. How to regain a feeling of calm and control amidst chaos and stress b. Prevent feeling overloaded and overwhelmed c. Quickly reduce your stress levels, blood pressure and built up tension |

Week 5: Fail Fast

Description: The desire for perfectionism poisons your speed of success and stunts your professional development. The need (external or internal) to always be right, to know the answer, and to be self assured in knowing the correct choice to make, creates a relentless tension in your body and mind that is exhausting. Somewhere along the line we forgot about the merit of using failure as a tool to success.
In this session, you will learn how to... a. Develop a mindset that finds the wisdom in your failures, errors and missed targets and turns them into success b. Boost self confidence when feeling flat and defeated c. Bounce back fast and reignite motivation when faced with rejection and challenges |

Week 6: Unwind Your Mind

Description: To stay up to date often requires sacrificing your own needs (health, fitness, weight, personal interests, and family) so that work/business needs can be met. Modern day stress is not a disease, or a condition - rather, it comes from losing touch with what our body, mind and soul really need to stay balanced.
In this session, you will learn how to... a. Slow down your mind and relax your body b. Get better sleep without waking each night thinking about work c. Regenerate your energy levels, and start each day feeling fresh. |

How do I access the modules? Every 7 days you will receive a plain text email that contains the website URL and password for the next session. So you won't have any bulky emails clogging up your inbox
How long can I have these resources for? As long as you like.
How long will each module take to do? About 5 minutes. Some sessions are slightly longer (7 minutes), but most are 5 minutes long. ...just the right amount of time to enjoy a coffee break. Thus, the Perfect Pressure Group is almost like a 'no down-time' training program.
How much does it cost? To join the Perfect Pressure Group is just $14.95(AUD) per month for individuals (which is about $3.75 a week – about the cost of a good coffee).
A company licence, which gives every member of staff access to the program, starts at just $199(AUD) per month.
